‘Crack & Tilt’ monitoring is currently being used in the City of Lancaster to monitor any potential movement on buildings surround the construction works.

Twenty-four hour monitoring is carried out using remote technology with instant notifications sent to our seismic surveyor when levels exceed set parameters.

Seismic surveying helps to allay concerns for contractors and the public in relation to perceived damage caused by vibration.
