Do you have a culvert running through your land?

Not many people know that a culvert which runs through your land is your responsibility. If one runs through your land, or under your property it may be worthwhile to check you’re insured if something goes wrong with it.

The photographs below show what happened to the front room of a property where the culvert running beneath the property collapsed.
